Question 2: WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SUBURBAN AND CITY SETTLERS?
With several years of successfully operating in suburban areas, a lot of our clients started moving to and from urban areas. Our personalized service and detailed operation remain the same. However, there are specifics to city living that we do focus on for employees moving into and out of urban areas.
Question 3: WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO START THE PROCESS?
We recommend starting with us as soon as you offer the employee their new job, allowing us the maximum amount of time. However, we can be brought in at any point in the process to assist with all of the moving details.
Question 4: HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU SPEND WITH YOUR CLIENTS?
Our services are highly customized, so we spend as much time as our clients need to assist them through the moving transition.
Question 5: WHAT HAPPENS AFTER WE MOVE TO OUR NEW NEIGHBORHOOD?
After the move is complete, you may have some questions. We are only a phone call or email away. We pride ourselves on personalized service, so please feel free to contact us with any questions.
Question 6: HOW DETAILED IS OUR FAMILY PLAN?
We provide our clients with much more than just the essentials. In our initial meetings, we will discuss what our clients are looking for in their new location. We then create personalized guides, customized to their needs.
Question 7: IS OUR INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?
Yes, security and privacy are a priority for us. We will never sell or share any personal information with third parties. All of the corporate and employee data is encrypted end to end as well as password protected.
Question 8: HOW MUCH DOES YOUR SERVICE COST?
One of the advantages of using Suburban / City Settlers is our tailored service. We understand that our clients' needs and moves will be different.
